UPDATE, 9/11/2014 at 12:38: Vail Resorts bought PCMR for $182.5 million
in cash. The sale cancels the bond and ends all litigation between Talisker
Land Holdings, LLC and PCMR. Vail Resorts now owns both Canyons and PCMR.
The two resorts plan to operate independently for the coming season, as they
have in the past.

Judge sets $17.5M bond in Park City ski dispute
Battle of the Goliaths, Park City Mountain Resort has a
week to post bond, or Talisker can begin eviction.
Park City, $17.5 Million. That is how much
Mountain Resort must post in a bond to continue operating through the
coming season the ski resort at the heart of this tourist town.

"Killington had a decent winter last year and with the arrival of El
Nino we see ample snow and many great days on the slopes. It will all
come down to the track of the moisture rich southern Jet Stream and how
one storm arrives after another across the region. Looks for a slow
start to the season but a great ending so enjoy.
